Title in opposition as my Shields Up post from last Fall…
Now that the nice weather is coming back and looks like it’s gonna stay for more than two hours at a time, I stripped my bike again from its windshield, back rest and luggage rack. I also took off the highway pegs and gave it a good shine for the rides to come.
It has this nice sporty look again, somewhat at odds with the GPS sticking out, but I just need it too much to take it out as well. The seat looks awesome without the back rest!
Besides the commute to work that is more and more frequent those days, I went on a nice longish ride two weeks ago with a buddy of mine, from the Eastside to Lake Easton State Park. Mostly slab on the I90, which allowed us to push the bikes a bit, but very nice scenery all the way!
